This release helps maintenance teams better understand costs and daily workload. With cost capture in Work Orders, a dashboard view of cost trends, and faster daily reporting, teams can improve visibility without adding manual steps. Smaller updates in Work execution and planning also reduce friction in day-to-day operations.
Track Costs in Work Orders and the Cost Dashboard
Cost tracking is now available directly in work orders. That means labour, parts, and other related costs can be documented at the point of execution instead of added later.
Its counterpart, the cost dashboard, adds an overall view of cost trends across your maintenance operations, which can be used to identify where costs are increasing, where they are stabilising, and where follow-up is needed.
Cost tracking is currently in early access. Contact your CSM to try it in your organisation.
Report daily on last work orders and requests
Reports are now available to support a faster review of the previous day’s work orders and requests. Think of it like a digital shift book, where recent activity is available in one place instead of being collected manually.
At shift handover, you can quickly confirm what was completed, what remains open, and which requests need action first.
See public holidays when planning schedules
You can now select from a set of holidays that apply to a user group, and display them directly in the scheduling board. Availability constraints are visible where planning decisions are made.
When assigning work, you can avoid scheduling technician groups on non-working days and reduce avoidable rescheduling.
Manage and execute work in one tab (Coming soon)
Work Orders now include a dedicated Work tab with procedures, descriptions, files, and notes in one place. Core execution content is grouped in a single area rather than spread across multiple tabs.
During execution, technicians can complete procedures, check files, and log notes without switching context. Managers can review work order progress and documentation more quickly in the same tab.
