Get Better Insights with New Maintenance KPIs
The new Work Order KPI dashboard includes clearer, more actionable metrics to help teams spot performance trends and bottlenecks at a glance.
You can now track work order centric KPIs such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), on-time completion rate, emergency rate, and response time. New charts have also been added to the Work Request Dashboard, specifically time to acceptance and time to completion, giving better visibility into how quickly issues are handled end to end.
Together, these KPIs provide a strong foundation for understanding the operational health of your assets, teams, and workflows, and for tracking improvements over time.
Track Asset Status Over Time with Signals
Asset status has traditionally shown only the current state. Signals change that.
Status signals are an extension of the status system in remberg. Whereas previously you could only see the current status of a machine (Running, Warning, Stopped, Inactive), status signals now enable complete documentation of all status changes over time.
Each signal can include additional context, such as comments or a linked work request created from the event. With API endpoints soon available, your other critical systems can also stay in sync.
The result is a complete, at-a-glance history for every asset.
More remberg Data Sources for the AI Copilot
AI Copilot can now access more data across remberg to support more of your operations and deliver more accurate answers. It can search assets, work orders, and parts, including linked details like notes, custom properties, and planning items.
Plus, this deeper access helps you find information faster through filters by asset, time range, or type, and by retrieving parts tied to specific assets or inventory levels. By using your existing search and filtering logic, AI Copilot delivers more accurate suggestions, clearer summaries, and more reliable troubleshooting guidance.
Manage User Roles and Groups In-Platform (Coming soon)
User roles and groups can now be managed directly in remberg. This self-service capability makes it easy to keep access rights aligned with your organization’s structure, without involving the remberg team.
For plans with access, user groups and roles can be managed through the settings tab in your organization.

Parts can now be selected directly within a Maintenance Plan. When the Work Order is created, the selected parts are automatically planned. In addition, part detail views now show planned demand across upcoming work.
With improved parts planning, you can keep preventive maintenance on track and anticipate shortages earlier. Parts are planned directly from maintenance plans and automatically included in work orders, so no one has to manually prepare parts for technicians. Technicians can simply mark the preselected parts as used. Use the part detail view and list overview to prioritize replenishment and make better stocking decisions without switching views, exporting data, or relying on manual calculations.

Planning Work Orders in remberg is now faster and more intuitive thanks to a multitude of improvements:
A new edit and view mode in the Work Order sidebar for planning and properties, letting you see more information at a single glance, in context

New planning defaults, prefills, and views, with full-day on by default, auto-filled and shifting end dates based on start dates, prefilled time-based scheduling, and adaptive single vs multi-day date display

One last update to highlight, is your browser tab now shows the page name instead of your organization name, making it easier to find the right tab when you have many open.
