Clear indicators now show when time is being tracked, and warnings prevent closing a work order if a stopwatch is still running or no time has been logged. Work order statuses also update automatically when timers start, ensuring every work order reflects the actual time spent on the job.

It’s now easier to see where time is spent and how requests move through your process. New dashboards show key KPIs for work requests and time tracking, helping you spot workload trends, identify common failure types, and measure utilization.

Follow Work Requests Through to Completion
Work requests can now be followed across their full lifecycle. A new completed status is automatically set when the linked work order is finished. Each completed request is logged with who completed it and when, giving you a clear audit trail. The original requester also receives a notification in-app or by email once their request is completed, keeping them informed without extra effort.
Get Notified About Low Spare Parts Stock
remberg now alerts you in remberg and by email when parts hit the minimum stock level you’ve set or run out completely. Notifications include current stock details and a direct link to the part page, so you can act quickly to avoid costly rush orders or delays in operations.
Spot Procedure Issues Quickly
Issues with procedures in work orders are now much easier to see with the new warning column. It highlights failed or flagged checks, lets you hover to see which fields were affected, and provides a direct link into the work order. This makes it easier to prioritize actions and prevent anything from slipping through the cracks.

Use them to access asset criticality and installation date, filter assets by creation or update ranges, and sync inventory stock changes.
