Release Notes December 2025

Ad-Hoc Procedures, Enhanced Work Order planning, and Similar Work Requests

Written by Katharina Kos

This release introduces upgrades that make planning, assigning, and completing maintenance work faster and more reliable. With instant AI-generated Ad-Hoc Procedures and a simplified Work Order planning experience, your team can focus less on admin work and more on keeping operations running smoothly.

Use AI to Generate Ad-Hoc Procedures

You can now generate clear, structured work instructions instantly using AI, helping technicians act faster and with more confidence when reactive maintenance is needed.

AI uses the subject, description, and asset information from the Work Order to create concise, actionable Procedures that follow a standardized format.

Instead of documenting work after the fact or relying on guesswork, technicians receive ready-to-execute steps that support right-first-time execution. Because work is captured as it happens, the data remains accurate, an important improvement for when Copilot can access it in the future.

Find Similar Work Requests

Duplicate work slows everything down. Now, when a new Work Request is created, built-in AI automatically checks the asset’s history for similar issues. With one click, you can view related Work Requests, see how past problems were resolved, and avoid creating a duplicate Work Order. That means less admin work, and faster fixes.

Enhancements to Work Order Planning

Work Order planning is now simpler and more intuitive through improvements to user groups, helping maintenance managers reduce administrative steps and focus on critical work.

Responsible and Performing Groups and Persons are now split into separate fields. Combined with filtered selection lists, this makes it easier to assign the correct people with fewer errors.

To streamline planning even further, Work Orders now inherit the correct groups automatically from Assets, Work Requests, or Maintenance Plans, giving teams a consistent starting point every time.

Groups will play an increasingly important role in remberg moving forward. They lay the foundation for more efficient workflows, such as the new group inheritance, and will improve the user interface in the future for organizations with many users by enabling features like group-based scheduling.
