This release helps maintenance teams manage asset data with less friction. With clear asset categories, and smoother navigation in the asset tree and work orders, teams can set up, update, and work with maintenance data more efficiently.
Structure asset hierarchies more clearly with Asset Categories
Asset Categories are now available in the asset hierarchy. You can define hierarchy items by category, including sites, groups, assets, components, and storage locations, instead of treating every item the same.
Based on the selected category, the asset detail page now only shows the relevant modules for that Asset Category, improving clarity and focus on what matters most.
Module configuration per category is available in the Enterprise plan.
Return where you left off in an asset structure
The asset hierarchy now keeps expanded items open when users navigate into an asset and return to the overview. This reduces repeated clicks with large asset structures and makes it easier to continue where you left off.

We have redesigned the Work Order experience to surface the right information faster and reduce visual noise.
Everything you need at the top
Status, type, and priority are now displayed more clearly in the header, so the most important identifiers are visible the moment you open a work order.
Files front and centre
Images and attachments are no longer buried inside the description. They are displayed in a dedicated section, making them easier to spot at a glance.
Together, these changes make it easier to understand the status, scope, and next steps of a work order on both desktop and smaller screens.
