Please note that this article is for orientation only. Depending on how your team works with remberg, you may use more or fewer features than described here. If you're unsure, your internal remberg admin can help.

💡 Note: To make sure you don't miss anything important, we recommend setting up your notifications right after your first login.

Under Localization, you can choose the language of your remberg account. This change applies only to your account and does not affect other users.

Creating Work Requests
If you notice a problem on a machine, you create a Work Request in remberg — either through the app or by scanning the QR code directly on the machine.
How to create a Work Request:
Scan the QR code on the Asset or open Work Requests in the navigation
Tap "New Work Request"
Describe the problem as precisely as possible — photos or videos help the maintenance team assess the problem faster. They're also used by the AI Copilot to analyze the problem more accurately.
Submit the Work Request
A Manager or admin reviews the Work Request and forwards it to the responsible team.
💡 Note: The more precise your description, the faster the maintenance team can respond. When creating a Work Request, note: What happened? When did it occur? How does the problem show itself? You don't need to worry about spelling — the AI Copilot improves your input. It also translates for you, so you can describe the problem in your native language or even mix languages.
Tracking the Status of Your Work Requests
After creating a Work Request, you can track what happens to it at any time.
Open Work Requests in the navigation
Select your Work Request
Check the current status and whether a Work Order has already been created
The status "New" means your Work Request has been received in the system. Once the status changes to "Approved", someone is taking care of your request. The status "Completed" shows that the Work Order has already been finished, meaning the Work Request has been fully handled. If your Work Request was "Rejected", you can view the reason why.
💡 Note: You'll be notified whenever something changes on your Work Request — provided you've enabled that in your settings.
Viewing Assets & Files
Under Assets, you'll find information about the machines and equipment at your site — including stored documents such as manuals or operating instructions.
Using the AI Copilot
The AI Copilot answers questions about Assets and documents directly in remberg — no need to search through manuals.
Typical questions for the AI Copilot:
"What does error code Y on my machine mean?"
"How do I operate Asset X correctly?"
"What does the manual say about troubleshooting?"
💡 Note: The AI Copilot can only answer questions for which documents are available in the knowledge base. The more relevant documents your admin has uploaded, the more helpful it is.
FAQ
I want to edit a Work Request after submitting it — can I? That's not possible. In this case, create a new Work Request and let your team know internally that the previous one can be deleted.
My Work Request was rejected — what does that mean? A Manager or admin has reviewed the Work Request and decided that no Work Order will be created — for example because the problem is already known or is being handled another way. If you have questions, contact your maintenance team.
I don't see any Work Orders — is that normal? As a Requester, you only see Work Orders that are directly linked to your own Work Requests — not a general Work Order overview. That's expected behavior.
I need more access in remberg — what do I do? Contact your remberg admin. Depending on your responsibilities, a different role — such as Full User — may be a better fit.
