User Roles explained
There are five different user roles available in remberg. These are: Admin, Manager, Full User, Viewer and Requester. Read below to find out which user rights each role includes.
Admins have full user rights for remberg. This user role is useful for IT or maintenance management, for example.
Managers can use remberg to its full extent, with the exception of system settings. This user role is suitable for plant managers, department managers or shift supervisors, for example.
Full Users can use remberg to its full extent with the exception of the dashboard and system settings. This user role is suitable for maintenance technicians, service employees, and machine operators who perform minor tasks on the machines.
Viewers can view and comment on the information and data in remberg as well as create Work Requests. However, they do not have editing rights. This user role is suitable for accounting or management, for example, as long as the users only want to view information (users of this role are exempt from license fees).
Requesters can create Work Requests. They can also view Assets, Work Requests, related Work Orders and associated files. This role is ideal for machine operators (users of this role are exempt from license fees).
