Work Requests in remberg allow you to report incidents, or repair needs quickly and in a structured manner.

Below you will find a more detailed description on how to create Work Requests.

Creating a Work Request via the Public Asset Detail Page

💡 No login is required for this method, so even people without access to remberg can create Work Request, and users who are already logged in are automatically recognized.

  1. Scan the QR code assigned to an Asset

  2. On the public Asset detail page, you now have the option to create the Work Request via “Open a Request"

  3. The corresponding Asset is already pre-filled here

  4. Fill in the fields. Fields marked with * are mandatory

  5. Now click on “Send Request” to send the Work Request

Note: Which fields are visible and/or mandatory can be defined in the settings.

Within a Procedure in a Work Order

You can also add Work Requests within a Procedure in a Work Order. If the condition for a corrective action was defined during the creation of the Procedure in a check step and this condition is met when completing the Procedure, a new Work Request can be added directly without having to leave the Work Order (read here, how to add a corrective action in a Procedure):

  1. Click on “Work Orders” in the left navigation bar

  2. Select the desired Work Order

  3. Go to the “Procedure” tab

  4. Work through the Procedure. If you meet the condition for a corrective action, the “Create Work Request” button will appear below the check step

  5. Click on “Create Work Request"

  6. Optionally, adjust the fields of the message manually

Note: Asset, Asset status, and description are already filled in automatically.

  7. To complete, click on “Create”

💡You can read more about who gets notified for new Work Requests in our article Overview of Notification Settings.
