This month’s updates make it easier to prioritize critical assets and standardize preventive maintenance, and also introduces this Release Notes section so you can quickly see what’s new each month.
Let’s take a look at what’s new and how these features can save your team time and keep operations running smoothly.
Prioritize Work with Asset Criticality
Not every Asset is equally important to your operations. The new Asset Criticality field lets you label each asset as one of the following:
Not-Critical
Important
Core Process
Safety
Now when downtime happens you can know exactly which Assets to fix first to get operations running again quickly. This update gives you clarity on where to focus your efforts when time matters most. We’re exploring ways this can support other areas of remberg, such as smarter sorting of work by criticality or highlighting issues with high-priority Assets, to help you act faster when it matters most.
Create a Maintenance Plan from Work Orders
Documenting preventive maintenance is essential but urgent repairs often leave little time for SOPs. With this update you can turn any Work Order into a standardized Maintenance Plan without retyping information.
This saves time and ensures that recurring maintenance tasks are completed the right way every time.

Organized Work Order Types for Custom WO Statuses
Custom statuses already help teams match remberg to their workflows. We have now made them easier to organize and view by introducing a structured grouping into four types:
Open
In Progress
Pending
Done
This gives you flexibility to define your own process while keeping the big picture clear. Like Asset Criticality, this lays the groundwork for us to explore advanced use cases over time, such as monitoring KPIs like MTTR and MTBF and gaining deeper work insights.
Tasks Centralized for Easier Findability
Tasks have moved to the header which gives you a single place to see everything assigned to you. This simple change makes it faster to jump straight into what matters most.
We’ve also updated the settings page so you can choose to see tasks in Assets, Work Orders and Tickets for a familiar view, or only in the header to keep work more focused.
