What is the Maintenance Plan Management?

The Maintenance Plan Management in remberg supports you in planning, controlling and documenting recurring maintenance for machines, assets and other equipment. It ensures greater transparency and reliable deployment planning.


Main functions of the Maintenance Plan Management

  1. Create Maintenance Plans

    • Create individual Maintenance Plans for individual or multiple Assets.

    • Define intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) or specific dates.

    • Add documents, checklists and required forms.

  2. Automatic generation of maintenance Work Orders

    • The system automatically generates maintenance Work Orders based on your Maintenance Plans.

    • Avoid breakdowns with timely reminders of upcoming maintenance.

  3. Assignment and processing

    • Assign planned maintenance to the responsible personnel.

    • Document work carried out and save inspection logs directly in the system.

    • Use digital checklists for structured processing.

  4. Link with Assets and history

    • Each Maintenance Plan can be linked to one or more Assets.

    • All Maintenance Plans are automatically documented on the Asset details page.


How do I get started with the Maintenance Plan Management?

  1. Create your first Maintenance Plan

    • In the main menu, go to “Work orders” and then to “Maintenance plans” and click on “+ Add”.

    • Add all the necessary information, define the creation rules and the order template.

    • Save the plan to activate automated planning.

  2. Manage maintenance

    • Adjust or terminate plans as required.

    • Keep a clear overview of all open and completed maintenance orders.


Tips for efficient use

  • Use the copy function: Create copies of Maintenance Plans and save valuable time when adding similar plans

  • Activate notifications: Be automatically informed about upcoming maintenance.

  • Check regularly: Make sure that all Maintenance Plans are up-to-date and match the actual operating times.
