The Scheduling Board offers various filter, sorting and search options for Performing Persons and Work Orders to simplify your daily work in many ways.

Find out what these options are and how you can use them.

Selecting and Sorting Performing Persons

You can select the Performing People responsible for Work Orders to be displayed on the Scheduling Board based on user groups, and sort them as you like within those groups.

1. Selecting Performing User Groups

  1. Click on the button with the funnel icon [1].

  2. Expand listed user groups to select the user groups using the checkboxes.

  3. You can use the search bar to search for user groups.

The blue circle with a number in the top right-hand corner of the filter button indicates how many user groups are selected. The maximum number of visible users is limited to 100.

Note: You can only select entire user groups, no individual users. Based on the selected user groups and their associated users, you can view the results you need.

2. Sorting Performing Persons by Name

Click on the sort button [2] to sort the list of people performing the Work Order by first or last name and in ascending or descending order, within the group.

Note: The blue circle with the number 1 in the top right-hand corner of the sort button indicates that sorting by name is active.

Searching, Sorting and Filtering Unscheduled Work Orders

Unplanned Work Orders are Work Orders that do not have a planned start and end time and can be found in the Unscheduled Work Orders section.

Note: If you do not see the section, please click on "Show Unscheduled"

You have the option of sorting, filtering and searching in the list of unscheduled Work Orders.

  1. The search bar enables a free text search for Work Order subject, ID (e.g. #00001) and ERP reference.

  2. The default sorting is ascending by due date. Click on the button to customize the property and sorting direction.

  3. Click on the button with the funnel icon to set filters.
The blue circle with a number in the top right-hand corner of the button shows you whether and how many filters are active.

Searching and Filtering Scheduled Work Orders

You can search and filter the scheduling board for scheduled work orders.

Filters and searches are applied to the period currently displayed. If you adjust the selected time period, the active search and filter are automatically applied to the new visible area.

Work orders that match the search or filter criteria are highlighted, while work orders that do not match the criteria remain visible at a reduced level.
Among other things, this allows you to keep an eye on the workload of performing persons.

  1. The search bar enables a free text search for work order subject, ID (e.g. #00001) and ERP reference.

  2. Click on the button with the funnel icon to set filters.

Save Filters and Sorting Direction

If you frequently use specific filters and manually adjusted sort orders, or if you’d like to switch between them, you can save them in private views. You can create and save as many private views as you like.

The following are saved:
