In the Scheduling Board, you have various functions and setting options to use the calendar in the best possible way and efficiently for your application. Read about the features available to you below.

Functions of the Calendar

Click on the 3-dot menu in the top right-hand corner of the calendar to access the setting options:

Show Unassigned

If the check mark is set here, "Unassigned” is displayed as the last line in the calendar. There you can see Work Orders that have been assigned a start and end time, but not yet an Performing Person.

If you deactivate the function, the line is hidden.

Only show Assigned Persons

When this feature is enabled, rows for performing persons who do not have an assigned Work Order in the current view are hidden. This streamlines the view when you want to get an overview of scheduled Work Orders or when the Scheduling Board is displayed on a fixed screen, such as in a production hall.

Time Mode: Working Time or Continuous Time

Working Time hides non-work hours:

  • Daily View: only between start and end times

  • Week view: only between the first and last workday

💡 You can set the working hours in the system settings (Settings (gear icon) > General > Workspace > Operation > Operating Hours).

Continuous Time displays a continuous timeline and allows horizontal scrolling.

Use color of: Work Order Status or Work Order Type

Here you can choose whether the coloring of the cards in the calendar should be based on the Work Order status or the Work Order type.

Card Layout: Stack Cards or Overlap Cards

If more than one Work Order takes place at the same time for a Performing Person, you have two different display options to choose from: Stack Cards and Overlap Cards.

Below you will find screenshots of both variants:

Stack Cards

Overlap Cards

Full-color Cards

With this function, you can choose whether the cards should be displayed fully colored or whether the coloring should only be displayed as a narrow, vertical line at the beginning left of the card. The coloring depends on the current status of the work order.

Detailed Cards

Use this function to decide whether you want to display the cards in detail. The standard cards contain the information Work Order subject and Work Order ID at a glance, the detailed cards also contain the linked organization, Work Order address and Assets. Please note that the detailed cards require a larger line height and therefore have less space in the Scheduling Board.
