In the Scheduling Board, you have the option of scheduling group-based Work Orders in a calendar. Specifically, this means:

  • You select one or more user groups to be displayed

  • All users in these user groups are listed in the Scheduling Board

  • A user can belong to multiple user groups

  • The display is organized into collapsible group areas for a better overview

Note: It is not possible to filter by individual users.

Best Practices for Group-Based Planning

✅ Structure groups sensibly

Create user groups based on:

  • Region (north, south, etc.)

  • Department (electrical, HVAC, etc.)

  • Role (service, maintenance, installation)

  • Avoid overly large groups.

✅ Don't choose user groups that are too broad

Only select the user groups you really need. This increases clarity and performance.

✅ Use multi-groups consciously

If employees belong to several user groups:

  • Use clear user group definitions.

  • Avoid unnecessary double structuring.
