In the work order management, you have several options for displaying your work orders. You can find out what these options are and what features they have here.
Note: The results of the work order list always depend on any active filters or entries in the search field!
Table
In the table view, the work orders are displayed as a list. The sorting direction is freely selectable, filters can be added and columns can be selected and changed in sequence. You can also search for the ID, subject or ERP reference in the search field.
Split
In the split view, work orders from the right-hand list are displayed on a map on the left-hand side. An address must be assigned to a work order for it to be marked on the map.
The sorting direction is freely selectable and filters can be added. You can also search for the ID, subject or ERP reference in the search field.
Map
All work orders in the system are displayed in the map view. For a work order to be marked on the map, an address must be assigned to it.
This view behaves in a very similar way to the global map.
Hierarchy
In the hierarchy view, the work orders are displayed in a list that shows the link between main work orders and sub work orders. You can expand and collapse the sub work orders using the arrow. The sub work orders are highlighted in gray for a better overview.
Clicking on a work order (regardless of whether it is a main or a sub work order) opens the detailed view of the respective work order.
The sorting direction is freely selectable, filters can be added and columns can be selected and changed in sequence. You can also search for the ID, subject or ERP reference in the search field.
Cards
In the Cards layout, the work orders are displayed as clear and detailed tiles. By default, the tiles contain information on the status, subject, organization, performing person & group, start and end date, address, ID and priority (displayed in the bottom right-hand corner of the tile).
This layout is particularly useful and user-friendly on mobile devices such as tablets.
The sorting direction is freely selectable and filters can be added. You can also search for the ID, subject or ERP reference in the search field.
