In remberg you have the possibility to generate individual views and to save and share them afterwards.
When saving, the following parameters are applied:
Column selection and sorting
Activated filters
Sort attribute and direction
Layout (e.g. table view, board view)
The options for saving private views can be found in the Asset, Work Request, Ticket, Work Order, Form and Maintenance Plan overview as well as in the Scheduling Board.
Create your private view in three steps:
Build your view the way you want: Customize the columns displayed as well as their order, choose a layout, change the sort attribute as well as direction, and add filters as you like.
Click "Save View"
Give the new view a name and optionally activate it as default view or share it with all users of the system
Done! The new view is now available under "Private Views"
Share your private view in three steps:
Build your view the way you want: Customize the columns displayed as well as their order, choose a layout, change the sort attribute as well as direction, and add filters as you like.
Click "Save View"
Give the new view a name and select “Share with All”
Done! The new view is now available to all users of the system under “Shared Views”
Note: The column customization feature is only available in the layouts "Table" and "Hierarchy".
