Work Order Overview

Get an overview of the various areas and functions of the work order overview here

If you click on “Work Orders” in the main menu on the left-hand side, you will be taken to the work order overview. This consists of various areas and contains various functions, which are explained below.

1. Private and predefined views

If you click on the title of the currently selected view (in this case “All work Orders”), the dropdown opens in which you can select further individual or predefined views and/or activate them as the default view:

2. Layouts of the work order list

If you click on the button for the currently selected layout of the work order list (in this case “Split”), the dropdown opens where you can select further layouts:

3. Adding work orders

If you click on the “+ Add” button in the top right-hand corner, you have the option of creating new work orders. We have described the process in a separate article, which you can read here.


4. Searching, sorting and filtering work orders

You have the option of searching in the list of your work orders (by order ID, subject or ERP reference) as well as sorting and filtering the list. Whether and how many filters are active is shown by the blue circle with a number in the top right-hand corner of the “Filter” button (shown in the screenshot below).

In the “Table” and “Hierarchy” layouts, you also have the option of changing the displayed columns and their order by clicking on the three-dot menu:


5. List of work orders

You will find the list of work orders in this area according to the active sorting direction, filters and search terms.
