Predefined Views in the Asset Overview

Find out here which predefined views are available to you in the system overview and what features they have

Written by Katharina Kos

In the asset management, we provide you with several predefined views from which you can choose and which influence the result of the displayed assets. You can find out which views these are and what features they have here.

Note: You can find out how to design and save private views here.

You can find the predefined views by clicking on the title of the currently selected view in the top left-hand corner of the asset overview (in this case “All assets”):

My Assets

The “My Assets” view filters for you as a participating user by default. The participating user is the person entered in the “Assigned Person” field. The list is sorted in ascending order according to the asset ID.

Note: If you change the list in any way (sorting direction, filter, column selection and order), you can save this new view as a private view. You can read how this works here.

All Assets

The “All Assets” view does not contain a filter and therefore shows all assets saved in the system, sorted in ascending order by asset ID.

Note: If you change the list in any way (sorting direction, filter, column selection and order), you can save this new view as a separate view. You can read how this works here.
