In the work order management, we provide you with several predefined views from which you can choose and which influence the result of the work orders displayed. You can find out which views these are and what features they have here.
Note: Learn how to create and save private views here.
You can access the predefined views by clicking on the title of the currently selected view (in this case "All Work Orders") in the top left corner of the work order overview:
My uncompleted Work Orders
By default, the “My uncompleted Work Orders” view shows all work orders in which you are involved – either as responsible or performing person – and whose status is not defined as completed (e.g. Open, On Hold or similar). The list is sorted in ascending order by due date so that the work order with the closest due date is at the top.
Note: If you change the list in any way (sorting direction, filter, column selection and column order), you can save this new view as a separate view. You can read how this works here.
All my Work Orders
By default, the “All my Work Orders” view shows all work orders in which you are involved – whether as responsible or performing person – regardless of their status. The list is sorted in ascending order by due date so that the work order with the closest due date appears at the top.
Note: If you change the list in any way (sorting direction, filter, column selection and column order), you can save this new view as a separate view. You can read how this works here.
All Work Orders
The “All Work Orders” view shows all work orders saved in the system without filters. The list is sorted in ascending order by due date so that the work order with the closest due date is displayed at the top.
Note: If you change the list in any way (sorting direction, filter, column selection and column order), you can save this new view as a separate view. You can read how this works here.
