Dashboard

Get started with our key figures and functions in the Dashboard and become the KPI pro!

Where can I find the Dashboard?

The Dashboard is displayed in the main menu on the left-hand side. You can recognize it by the “column” symbol:



Type of Data Fields

The Dashboard contains different types of display fields:

  1. Number field

    The respective number of the object type is displayed in numerical format.

  2. Column chart

    The data is displayed in columns. Move the mouse over the respective column to receive more information.

  3. Circle chart

    The data is displayed in individual segments in a circle. Move the mouse over the respective segment to receive more information.

  4. Bar chart

    The data is displayed in individual bars. Move the mouse over the respective bar to receive more information.

  5. Line chart

    The data is displayed as a line with individual points. Move the mouse over a point to receive further information.



Filtering in the Dashboard

In all tabs (except “Time Tracking”), you have the option to filter specifically in addition to the overviews. This allows you to display exactly the data that is relevant to you.

Created from/to: Select the required period in which the objects were created (e.g., August 1, 2024, to August 1, 2025).

Filter: Here you can choose from a variety of filters and combine them to display, for example, objects from a specific source or linked to a specific Asset.

💡 You can save the selected time period and active filters as private views so that you can access them with just one click. Read more about private views here.

Please note: The numbers displayed are always based on the selected time period and the currently set filters.

When filters are active, you will see the values that fall within your filter settings.



Tabs in the Dashboard

In the Dashboard, there are different tabs with different functions that can help you get an overview of the most important figures.

💡 Info: Which tabs are available to you depends on which modules are activated in your system.

General

Number of Assets

This field displays the number of all Assets in the system.


Number of Organizations

This field displays the number of all Organizations in the system.


Number of Parts

This field displays the number of all Parts in the system.


Number of Files

This field displays the number of all files in the system.


Number of Tickets

In this field, the total number of all Tickets is displayed in a column chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the quantity of Tickets, while the X-axis “Created at” shows the period in which the Tickets were created.


Number of Work Orders

In this field, the total number of all Work Orders is displayed in a column chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the quantity of Work Orders, while the X-axis “Created at” shows the period in which the Work Orders were created.


Number of Forms

This field shows the total number of all Forms in a column chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the number of Forms, while the X-axis “Created at” shows the period in which the Forms were created.


Number of Tasks

In this field, the total number of all Tasks is displayed in a column chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the quantity of Tasks, while the X-axis “Created at” shows the period in which the Tasks were created.


Tickets

Number of Tickets

The number of all Tickets in the system is displayed in this field.


Tickets by calendar week

In this field, the number of all Tickets per calendar week is displayed in a column chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the quantity of Tickets, while the X-axis “Created at” shows the period in which the Tickets were created.


Tickets by Priority

In this field, the tickets are divided into their respective priority and displayed in a column chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the quantity of Tickets, while the X-axis “Created at” shows the period in which the Tickets were created.

The color coding of the displayed columns shows the priority.


Tickets by Source

In this field, the Tickets are divided into their respective sources and displayed in a column chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the quantity of Tickets, while the X-axis “Created at” shows the period in which the Tickets were created.

The color coding of the displayed columns shows the respective source.


Tickets by Status

In this field, the Tickets are divided into their respective statuses and displayed in a circle chart.

The color coding of the displayed segments shows the respective status.


Tickets by Support Email

In this field, the Tickets are divided into the respective support email addresses and displayed in a circle chart.

The color coding of the displayed segments shows the respective email address used.


Tickets by Asset Types

In this field, the Tickets are divided into the most frequently linked Asset Types and displayed in a circle chart.

The color coding of the displayed segments shows the respective Asset Type.


Tickets by Organization

In this field, the tickets are divided into the most frequently linked organizations and displayed in a circle chart.

The color coding of the displayed segments shows the respective organization.


Assets by number of Tickets

In this field, the total number of all Tickets per Asset is displayed in a bar chart for the 10 most linked Assets.

The Y-axis “Asset” shows the Asset, while the X-axis “Count” shows the quantity of Tickets.


Tickets KPI

Number of Tickets

The number of all Tickets is displayed in this field.


Ticket resolution time

In this field, the respective time and the period in which a Ticket was solved is displayed in the form of a line diagram.

The Y-axis “Hour” shows how many hours it took to close a Ticket. The X-axis “Closed at” shows the period in which the Tickets were closed.

The color coding of the displayed lines means:

  • Green line: Mean resolution time

  • Blue line: Median resolution time


Mean total time by status

This field displays the average duration and the period in which a Ticket was solved in a line chart. There is also a color coding based on the status of the Tickets.

The Y-axis “Hour” shows how many hours it took to close a Ticket. The X-axis “Closed at” shows the period in which the Tickets were closed.

The color coding of the displayed lines means:

  • Red line: “Open” status

  • Blue line: “New” status

  • Yellow line: “Pending internal” status


Mean Ticket resolution time

The average resolution time of all Tickets is displayed in this field.


Median Ticket resolution time

The average median resolution time of all Tickets is displayed in this field.


Mean total time in New

This field displays the average duration of all Tickets in the "New" status

.


Mean total time in Open

This field displays the average duration of all Tickets in the "Open" status.


Mean total time in Pending Internal

This field displays the average duration of all Tickets in the "Pending Internal" status.


Mean total time in Pending External

This field displays the average duration of all Tickets in the "Pending External" status.


Work Orders

Number of Work Orders

The number of all Work Orders is displayed in this field.


Work Orders by Priority

In this field, the priority of all Work Orders is displayed in a column chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the number of Work Orders, while the X-axis “Created at” shows the period in which the Work Orders were created.

The color coding of the displayed columns shows the priority.


Work Orders by Source

In this field, the source of all Work Orders is displayed in a column chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the number of Work Orders, while the X-axis “Created at” shows the period in which the Work Orders were created.

The color coding of the displayed columns shows the respective source (creation of the work order by a Maintenance Plan or a user).


Work Orders by Status

In this field, the status of all Work Orders is displayed in a circle chart.

The color coding of the displayed segments shows the respective Work Order status.


Work Orders by Type

In this field, the type of all Work Orders is displayed in a circle chart.

The color coding of the displayed segments shows the respective Work Order type.


Work Orders by Asset Type

In this field, the Asset Type of all Work Orders is displayed in a circle chart.

The color coding of the displayed segments shows the respective Asset Type.


Work Orders by Organizations

In this field, the organization of all work orders is displayed in a circle chart.

The color coding of the displayed segments shows the respective organization.


Assets by number of Work Orders

In this field, the total number of all Work Orders per Asset is displayed in a bar chart.

The Y-axis “Asset” shows the Asset, while the X-axis “Count” shows the number of Work Orders.


Work Orders KPIs

Number of Work Orders

This field displays the total number of Work Orders.


Preventive vs. Corrective

This pie chart shows the distribution of all Work Orders between preventive and corrective Work orders (you can define this classification at the Work Order type level in the system settings).


Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) (Counter)

Here you can see the average duration (in hours) from the start of a corrective Work Order to its completion.

Start = Change of Work Order status from “Open” to “In Progress”

Completion = Change of Work Order status from “In Progress” to “Done”

Here you can see the development of the average duration (in hours) from the start of a corrective Work Order to its completion.

The Y-axis “Hours” shows the number of hours, while the X-axis “completedAt” indicates the time at which the Work Order was completed.

Start = Change of Work Order status from “Open” to “In Progress”

Completion = Change of Work Order status from “In Progress” to “Done”


Response Time (Counter)

Here you can see the average duration (in hours) from the creation of a corrective Work Order to its start (change of Work Order status from “Open” to “In Progress”).


Response Time (Graph)

Here you can see the development of the average duration (in hours) from the creation of a corrective Work Order to its start.

The Y-axis “Hours” shows the number of hours, while the X-axis “completedAt” indicates the time at which the Work Order was completed.

Start = Change of Work Order status from “Open” to “In Progress”

Completion = Change of Work Order status from “In Progress” to “Done”


On-Time Completion Rate (Counter)

Here you can see the percentage of Work Orders that were completed before their due date.


On-Time Completion Rate (Graph)

Here you can see the development of the average percentage of Work Orders that were completed before their due date.

The Y-axis “Share” shows the percentage, while the X-axis “completedAt” indicates the time at which the Work Order was completed.

Completion = Change of Work Order status from “In Progress” to “Done”


Emergency Rate (Counter)

Here you can see the percentage of Work Orders with the priority “Urgent”.


Emergency Rate (Graph)

Here you can see the development of the average percentage of Work Orders with the priority “Urgent".

The Y-axis “Share” shows the percentage, while the X-axis “completedAt” indicates the time at which the Work Order was completed.

Completion = Change of Work Order status from “In Progress” to “Done”


Work Requests

Number of Work Requests

This field displays the total number of Work Requests.


Work Requests by Calendar Week

This field displays the total number of all Work Requests per calendar week in a bar chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the number of Work Requests, while the X-axis “Created at” indicates the period in which the Work Requests were created.


Work Requests by Asset Status

In this field, the Work Requests are divided into the respective Asset status and displayed in a bar chart.

The Y-axis “Count” shows the number of Work Requests, while the X-axis “Created at” indicates the period in which the Work Requests were created.

The color coding of the bars displayed shows the Asset status.


Acceptance Rate

In this field, you can see the acceptance rate of all Work Requests as a percentage.


Mean Time to Acceptance (Counter)

Here you can see the average time (in hours) from when a Work Request is created to when it is approved.


Mean Time to Acceptance (Graph)

Here you can see the development of the average duration (in hours) from the creation of a Work Request to its approval.

The Y-axis “Time to Acceptance” shows the number of hours, while the X-axis “Created at” indicates the time at which the Work Requests were created.


Mean Time to Completion

Here you can see the average duration (in hours) from the creation of a Work Request to the completion of the resulting Work Order.

Here you can see the development of the average duration (in hours) from the creation of a Work Requests to the completion of the resulting Work Order.

The Y-axis “Time to Completion” shows the number of hours, while the X-axis “Created at” indicates the time at which the Work Requests that have already been completed were created.


Failure Type Frequency

This field displays the total number of Work Requests per failure type in a bar chart.

The Y-axis, “Asset”, shows the stored error type, while the X-axis, “Count”, shows the number of Work Requests.


Time Tracking

Number of Time Entries

This field displays the total number of Time Entries.


Total Time by Month

This field displays the total duration of all entries in a bar chart.

The Y-axis, “Total Time,” shows the number of hours, while the X-axis, “Created at,” indicates the time period during which the time entries were created.


Total Time by Work Order Type

This field displays the total time divided among the most frequently linked Work Order types in a pie chart.

The color coding of the segments displayed indicates the respective stored Work Order type.


Assets by Total Time

This field displays the total duration of all time entries per Asset in a bar chart for the 10 most frequently linked Assets.

The Y-axis, “Asset,” shows the linked Asset, while the X-axis, “Total Time,” shows the total duration of the entries in hours.

💡 If you link more than one Asset to a Work Order and book time on this Work Order, the total duration of the Work Order is not divided among the linked Assets, but is evaluated equally for each Asset (Example: You link two Assets to a Work Order and book two hours on the Work Order: Two hours are calculated for each of the two linked Assets, rather than one hour for each Asset).


Work Orders by Total Time

This field displays the total duration of all time entries per Work Order in a bar chart for the top 10 linked Work Orders.

The Y-axis, “Work Order,” shows the linked Work Order, while the X-axis, “Total Time,” shows the total duration of the entries in hours.
