When you click on a part in the remberg Asset Platform, you will be taken to its details page. This page consists of various sections and includes a range of functions, which are explained below.

1. Back arrow and label
On the left is the arrow that takes you to the parts overview with a single click.
To the right of this is the name of the part that is currently selected.
An image can be added directly below this. The part number and the linked organizations are also displayed.
2. Three-dot menu
The part can be deleted via the three-dot menu.
3. Properties
In this section you will find the properties of the part:
Name
Part Number
Reference Number
Description
Price
Minimum Quantity
Restock Link
Reference Number (only shown if filled; read-only)

4. Stock overview
The stock overview gives you an insight into the part stocks. It includes the total stock, available stock and minimum level, and shows the stock changes over the last 14 days.
5. Inventories and changes
The inventories are located in the middle of the page. New inventories can be added or updated. In addition, detailed changes to the parts inventory can be tracked. Via the three-dot menu of an inventory, you update the stock, manage the inventory’s QR codes or delete the inventory.

Distributors
Under Organizations, you link the manufacturer and distributors. Each entry can have an article number, shown as “Art. Nr.” on the card. A part has exactly one manufacturer and any number of distributors. Use an entry’s three-dot menu to edit it, copy the article number or remove it.
Note: You can add multiple assets, asset types and distributors.
Note: The system remembers whether this area was expanded and keeps it expanded when you jump back to an order details page.
