Why does the value “(null)” appear in pie charts?
This is because the dashboard is currently only available in English and the English translation for the displayed values is missing. In the example shown below, the English label is missing for some Work Order statuses, so the values can only be displayed as “(null)”.
To fix the problem, add the English translation for all values in the system settings. You can read how this works for Work Order statuses, for example, here (Editing a Work Order status > Step 6).
Can I view the Dashboard in other languages?
No, the Dashboard is currently only available in English.
