If you click on a Work Order in your remberg asset platform, you will jump to its details page. This consists of different areas and contains various functions, which are explained below.

1. Back Arrow and Work Order ID

On the left is the arrow that takes you to the Work Order overview with one click.

To the right, you will find the unique ID of the open Work Order.

2. Three-dot menu

The three-dot menu contains the following functions:

  • Copy Link: Copies the Work Order's URL to the clipboard

  • Create a Copy: Creates a copy of the Work Order

  • Create Sub Work Order: Creates a Sub Work Order linked to the currently open Work Order

  • Create Maintenance Plan: Creates a Maintenance Plan using the currently open Work Order as a template

  • Export as PDF: Creates a PDF export of the Work Order with all details

  • Edit Planning: Opens a sidebar on the right where the schedule attributes can be edited

  • Delete: Deletes the Work Order

3. Header

At the top of the Work Order, you'll find the subject, and directly below that, the status, type, and priority. You can change these fields by clicking on them (provided you have the necessary user permissions).

In the upper-right corner, you'll find the “Record Time” button. Click it to start the stopwatch.

4. Main Work Order & Planning

At the top, you'll find the option to add a Main Work Order. Once a Main Work Order is linked, it will appear here. If there are Sub Work Orders linked to the currently open Work Order, the “Main Work Order” field will disappear.

The lower section contains the “Performing Groups” and “Performing Persons” as well as the start date/time and end date/time. If you click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner of the section or “Edit Planning” in the three-dot menu in Section 2, you can edit the schedule.

5. Properties

In this section, you will find the following Work Order fields:

  • Responsible Group

  • Responsible Person

  • Due Date

  • Estimated Duration

  • ERP Reference

6. Objects

In the middle of the page are the tabs for the objects linked to the Work Order:

    • Files

    • Procedures

    • Notes

  • Parts

  • Costs (if your user is Admin or Manager)

  • Sub Work Orders (if the current order is a Main Work Order)

Note: The system remembers which tab was selected and leaves it selected when you jump to a Work Order details page again.

  • Assets

Note: You can add more than one contact and Asset, but only one Work Request and one organization.

Note: The system remembers whether this area was expanded and keeps it expanded when you jump back to a Work Order detail page.
