1. Private and general views

If you click on the title of the currently selected view (in this case "All Requests"), the dropdown opens in which you can select further private or general views and/or activate them as the default view.

2. Display mode of the Work Requests list

If you click on the button for the currently selected layout of the Work Request list (in this case “Table”), the dropdown opens where you can select further layouts:

3. Add Work Requests

If you click on the "+" button in the top right-hand corner, you have the option of creating new Work Requests. We have described the process in a separate article, which you can read here.

4. Sort, filter and auto-refresh Work Requests

You have the option to sort and filter the list according to selected data points. The blue circle with a number in the upper right corner of the “Filter” button (shown in the screenshot below) tells you whether and how many filters are active.

You also have the option of changing the columns displayed and their order. To do this, click on the three-dot menu to the right of “Filter” and then on “Select columns.”

To activate the automatic update of the Work Request overview, click on the three-dot menu to the right of “Filter” and then on the slider to the right of “Auto-refresh list.”

Note: Automatic updating is intended for screens that are displayed in the production hall, for example, and are intended to provide your employees with an overview. It remains active only until you leave the Work Request overview. If you return, you must activate it again.

5. List of Work Requests

You will find the list of Work Requests in this area according to the active sorting direction and filters.
