If you click on “Work Orders” in the main menu on the left-hand side and then on “Maintenance Plans”, you will be taken to the Maintenance Plan overview. This consists of various areas and contains various functions, which are explained below.

1. Private and General Views
The Maintenance Plan overview includes two predefined views by default: Active Maintenance Plans and Terminated Maintenance Plans.
Clicking on the title of the currently selected view opens a dropdown where you can switch between views and set one as your default view.

2. Layouts of the Maintenance Plan list
Here you will find the layouts of the Maintenance Plan list. Only “Table” is available for Maintenance Plans.
3. Adding Maintenance Plans
If you click on the "+" button in the top right-hand corner, you have the option of creating a new Maintenance Plan. We have described the process in a separate article, which you can read here.
4. Searching, sorting and filtering Maintenance Plans
You have the option of searching in the list of your Maintenance Plans (by Maintenance Plan ID and subject) as well as sorting and filtering the list. The blue circle with a number in the top right-hand corner of the “Filter” button (shown in the screenshot below) tells you whether and how many filters are active.
You also have the option of changing the displayed columns and their order by clicking on the three-dot menu:
5. List of Maintenance Plans
Depending on the active sorting direction, filters and search terms, you will find the list of Maintenance Plans in this area.
