If this function is not available to you, it is because you do not have the necessary rights. In this case, please contact your internal system administrator

Deleting Tickets in the Ticket overview

  1. Click on "Tickets" in the left navigation bar

  2. Click on the three-dot menu on the right of the ticket. Alternatively, you can click on the ticket and navigate to the three-dot menu in the quick access menu at the top right

  3. Select "Delete" and confirm by clicking "Delete" in the pop-up window


Deleting Tickets in the Ticket Detail Page

  1. Click on "Tickets" in the left navigation bar

  2. Select the desired ticket

  3. Click on the three-dot menu next to the Ticket-ID

  4. Select "Delete" and confirm by clicking "Delete" in the pop-up window
