Deleting Tickets in the Ticket overview
Click on "Tickets" in the left navigation bar
Click on the three-dot menu on the right of the ticket. Alternatively, you can click on the ticket and navigate to the three-dot menu in the quick access menu at the top right
Select "Delete" and confirm by clicking "Delete" in the pop-up window
Deleting Tickets in the Ticket Detail Page
Click on "Tickets" in the left navigation bar
Select the desired ticket
Click on the three-dot menu next to the Ticket-ID
Select "Delete" and confirm by clicking "Delete" in the pop-up window
