Terminate Maintenance Plans
Maintenance Plans can be terminated after creation by clicking on the 3-dot menu in the Maintenance Plan detail view or in the Maintenance Plan overview.
The end date is set to the current day. Work Orders that have already been created and processed remain in the system. All Work Orders from this Maintenance Plan that were not started or completed are cancelled. Started and completed Work Orders remain unchanged.
Note: The action is executed immediately and cannot be undone!
Deleting Maintenance Plans
If you delete a Maintenance Plan via the three-dot menu on the Maintenance Plan detail page or in the Maintenance Plan overview, you have two options:
Delete Work Orders that were not started or completed: All open Work Orders from this Maintenance Plan are deleted together with the plan, including overdue ones.
Keep Work Orders that were already created: All Work Orders created so far remain in the system.
Started and completed Work Orders are kept in both cases.
Note: The action is carried out immediately and cannot be undone!
