The Ticket Overview

Gain an overview of the various areas and functions of the ticket overview here

If you click on ‘Tickets’ in the main menu on the left-hand side, you will be taken to the ticket overview. This consists of various areas or contains various functions, the explanation of which you will find below.

1. Customized and predefined views

If you click on the title of the currently selected view (in this case "All Tickets"), the dropdown opens in which you can select further customized or predefined views and/or activate them as the default view:

2. Display modes of the ticket list

Click on the button of the currently selected display mode of the ticket list (in this case "Table"). The dropdown opens, in which you can select further display modes:


3. Add tickets

If you click on the "+ Add" button in the top right-hand corner, you have the option of creating new tickets. We have described the process in a separate article, which you can read here.


4. Search, sort and filter tickets

The integrated full-text search allows you to search the list of your tickets (mails, notes) and to sort and filter the list according to selected data points. Whether and how many filters are active is indicated by the blue circle with a number in the top right-hand corner of the ‘Filter’ button (shown in the screenshot below).

In the ‘Table’ display mode, you also have the option of changing the displayed columns and their order by clicking on the three-dot menu:


5. List of tickets

You will find the list of tickets in this area according to the active sorting direction, filters and search terms.
