remberg provides various modules that make it possible to cover and document different use cases. Below you will find a clear overview of the wide range of options and their specific features:
Tickets
Tickts are used for the complete documentation of conversations and communication, both internally and externally. For example, a Ticket can be a service request from a customer, a spare parts order from a supplier or a fault report from a maintenance technician. Within a Ticket, emails can be sent to external persons or internal notes can be created for employees.
Tickets can be processed on their own if they can be conclusively resolved by e-mails or internal notes. However, if the solution requires more extensive steps, it is possible to create a Work Order linked to the Ticket. This is particularly useful if, for example, a customer requests maintenance on their asset or a fault report from the maintenance technician requires a major repair to the machine. Such maintenance or repairs can be efficiently processed and documented using a Work Order.
Work Orders
Work Orders include work assignments such as repairs, maintenance or commissioning. They can either be created manually or generated automatically via maintenance plans for recurring activities such as maintenance.
Work Orders can be scheduled and assigned to the responsible persons or teams. They contain all relevant information for implementation, such as checklists, contact persons or building plans. Processing can be carried out by internal service employees or maintenance staff, or the Work Orders can be used for documentation if external partners take over the assignments.
Forms
Forms can be used for reports, logs or checklists that have a complex structure and require a signature, for example, or can optionally be sent to customers or inspection bodies by e-mail. The modules of a Form can be flexibly adapted and arranged individually. Content such as text, images and other files can be easily integrated. Automatic filling functions and filters simplify and speed up the completion process.
While the checklist function within a Work Order is often sufficient for maintenance, Forms are particularly suitable for official documentation and more extensive reports.
Tasks
Tasks can be used, for example, to create a general to-do list for everyday work. Small tasks that are often jotted down on notes on the desk can be created quickly and easily in remberg.
With tasks, you also have the option of breaking down Tickets or Work Orders into individual intermediate steps. A quotation may need to be prepared for a Ticket from another department or a technician may need to assist in answering a customer question. In this case, you can assign a due date to the Task, receive notifications and link other relevant information such as Assets or organizations.
