Task Management: Getting Started

Written by Katharina Kos

remberg's Task Management is used to fulfill different scenarios.

Read the following suggestions on how to use it as efficiently as possible:

1. To-do list

The Task Management can be used to create a general to-do list for everyday work. Small tasks that would otherwise be happily jotted down on a notepad lying at your desk can be easily and quickly added to remberg. By assigning a due date and a priority, the digital to-do list is also more manageable and adaptable than its analog counterpart.

2. Small work packages

Some tickets or work orders require several steps to complete. Perhaps a ticket requires an offer from another department, or answering a customer's question requires the assistance of a technician.

Thanks to the function of linking tasks to tickets and work orders and assigning them to other people, the tasks not only appear in the personal overview, but also directly in the respective linked ticket or work order. This contributes significantly to efficient, collaborative working, as it is always transparent who has to do what and by when.

3. Asset-specific tasks

The ability to link tasks to assets allows you to create asset-specific tasks, such as reordering spare parts in a timely manner, or reminding a sales colleague to check back with the customer of that asset regarding upsells.
