In your remberg, you have the option to assign work orders a status.
Work order status can be defined and managed in your systems settings as a self-service option.
Creating a Work Order Status
To create a work order status, proceed as follows:
Click on Settings > Features > Work Orders to get to the Work Order settings page.
Click in tab Status on the +Add Button.
Enter the name of the status.
Note: The name field is automatically shown for your personal language setting..Select the desired color in the color-dropdown right next to the name field.
Specify whether the status should be considered
completedor not.This setting allows you to filter work orders by Completed = Yes or No, thus including all work orders that have a status categorized as
completed(or not).Specify whether you want the status to be the
defaultstatus for newly created work orders.Note: The status marked as the
defaultis automatically selected when a new work order is created.Click on Edit Translations to add the status label for other system languages.
Note: Is a language's label empty, the work order status will appear without a name when using the system in the respective language.Click on Create.
Editing a Work Order Status
To edit a work order status, proceed as follows:
Click on Settings > Features > Work Orders to get to the Work Order settings page.
Click in tab Status.
Click on the to be edited status or select Edit when clicking on the 3-dot-menu.
You can edit name, translations,
completedlabel and color at any point in time.
Hinweis:
a) TheCompletedlabel allows you to filter work orders according to whether or not they have any status that is considered completed.
b) The default name field is the translation of your currently selected system language.You can select one status as
Defaultby clicking Mark asDefaultin the 3-dot-menu.Click on Edit Translations to add/edit the type's name for other system languages.
Note: You can jump directly into the translations via the 3-dot-menu.Click Save.
Adjusting the order
To adjust the order of work order status in the status dropdown, proceed as follows:
Click on Settings > Features > Work Orders to get to the Work Order settings page.
Click in tab Status.
Move the mouse over the six dots to the left of the status' color.
Hold down the mouse button and drag the type to the desired position and then release the mouse button again.
Deleting a Work Order Status
To delete a work order status, proceed as follows:
Click on Settings > Features > Work Orders to get to the Work Order settings page.
Click in tab Status.
Click on the 3-dot menu of the to be deleted status.
Select Delete.
Confirm by clicking on Delete.
Note:
a) It is not possible to delete a status, as long as it is assigned to at least one work order. Please reassign all work orders to a different status first.
b) The status marked as Default can not be deleted. Please set another status as Default first.
