Now is a good time to upload important files and documents to the system and link them to the corresponding Asset (Types). This way, you can later find the files relevant to each Asset directly in the Asset details view.
These can be operating instructions, data sheets or guidelines.
You can also add PDF and text files to the Knowledge Base, which the AI Copilot uses to answer questions. You can find out more about this in "Step 7: AI Copilot".
