In your notification settings, you decide what you want to be informed about in your remberg system or by email. The settings are organized by module. You can turn each setting on or off independently.
You'll find the settings under: My User Profile → Notifications
How Notifications Work
You receive notifications for an object when you're involved with it — as the creator (depending on the module), a directly assigned user, or a member of an assigned group. You can also manually follow any object using the bell icon.
Note: You don't receive a notification for changes you made yourself.
How "Automatically Follow When My Group Is Assigned" Works
This setting exists per module (Work Requests, Tickets, Work Orders, Events, Assets) and can be activated independently.
Without this setting, you only get a one-time notification when your group is assigned to an object — but no further updates afterward.
With this setting enabled, assigning your group to an object automatically adds you to all future updates for that object — status changes, new notes, due dates, etc. You don't need to follow the object manually. If you leave the group, or the group is removed from the object, this automatic subscription is removed as well.

FAQ
Why don't I get a notification even though I'm involved with the object? Check whether you're assigned to the object (directly or via your group) and whether the relevant notification type is enabled in your settings.
Do I get a duplicate notification if I'm directly assigned and also a member of the assigned group at the same time? No. Individual assignment takes precedence – you only receive the notification once.
I was already assigned – do I get another notification when someone else is added? No. Only newly added people or groups are notified.
Do I get a notification if I'm removed from an object? No. Removing an assignment doesn't trigger a notification.
Can I turn off mention notifications? No. If you're @mentioned in a note, you always get a notification – regardless of your settings.
Where do I see my notifications? In the Notification Center (bell icon, top right). Each notification appears as its own card. You also receive a bundled email every 2 minutes – the email is a reminder channel; the actual notification is always in the app.
