The Parts Management in remberg offers you the possibility to centrally manage all articles such as your spare parts. Read below which ways there are to create the data and keep it up to date.

Manual creation of parts in the parts management

Select "Parts" in the main menu on the left side

Click on the "+ Add" button in the upper right corner

Fill in the mandatory fields Name and Part Number

1. The Reference Number or an Image of the part can also be added here.

Click on “Show optional” to enter more information about the part in the following fields:

1. Description
2. Price
3. Minimum Quantity per Storage
4. Restock Link
5. Manufacturer (one organization, which has already been added in the system, can be selected here)
6. Optional: Individual parts custom properties

To open the created part in the system immediately, activate the checkbox next to “Open Part details after creation”

Confirm your entries by clicking on “Create” in the lower right corner of the window.

In the part itself, click on the “Associations” tab on the right and assign it to the following options by clicking on “+ Add”:

1. Assets
 Multiple assets can be selected here.
2. Asset types
 Multiple asset types can be selected here.
3. Distributors
 Multiple organizations can be selected here.

Automatic creation of parts via CSV import

If you have already saved your parts in another system (e.g. ERP) or in Excel lists, you can make use of the CSV import option. Simply fill out our template or provide us with an export with the required data.

In addition, it is possible to create, update, etc. your parts via API endpoints. You can find the documentation of remberg in our Developers Hub. The creation and operation of the interface on your site, including all integration logic, is your responsibility.
