Types of Ticket Custom Properties

Below you will find a list of all available types of asset custom properties:

This single-line field allows you to enter all characters

This multi-line field allows you to enter all characters

This field can be (un)checked

This field allows the (multiple) selection of predefined values

Note: Values of selection fields can no longer be deleted after they have been created!

This field allows you to enter a link.

Note: The link's protocol has to be included in the fields value.

This field only allows the entry of numbers. The “Precision” information in the field properties can be used to specify whether and how many decimal places are permitted.

This field allows you to select an asset stored in the system.

This field allows you to select an organization stored in the system.

This field allows you to select an internal user stored in the system.

This field allows you to enter a date.

This field allows you to enter a date incl. time.
