If you click on an asset in remberg, you will jump to its details page. This consists of various areas or contains various functions, the explanation of which you will find below.

1. Back arrow and Asset ID
On the left is the arrow that takes you to the asset overview with one click.
To the right, you will find the unique ID of the open asset.
2. Three-dot menu
The “Delete” and “Public URL” functions are hidden behind the three-dot menu
3. Image of the asset type
Here you can see the image of the asset type. If you want to change it, you can do so in the asset type administration. You can find step-by-step instructions here.
4. Asset type, parent asset and asset status
In the first line you can see the type of the open asset and optionally the parent asset in the second line.
The system status is highlighted in color directly below. To change it, click on the status and select the new status from the drop-down menu. You can choose between the following statuses: Running, Warning, Stopped, New, Inactive.
5. Ask asset
The remberg AI Copilot is an additional functionality that is subject to a charge. If this is not yet available in your system, you can book the feature at any time. To do so, please contact support@remberg.de
Here you will find the button for the remberg AI Copilot, which you can use to ask a question about the asset at any time.
6. Properties
In this area you will find the properties of the asset:
Asset ID
Asset Type
Parent Asset ID
Assigned Person
Criticality
Custom Properties
Changes to the asset ID or the asset type, for example, are made and saved here. If you click on “Edit” in the top right-hand corner of the section, you can edit the properties.
Note: Only fields that contain a value are displayed. If you also want to display empty fields, click on “Show Empty Fields” in the bottom right-hand corner of the section.
7. Metadata
Here you will find the metadata of the asset:
Creation date and time
Update date and time
8. Objects
The objects linked to the asset are located in the middle of the page:
Notes
Sub Asset(s)
Parts
Files
Tasks
Cases
Work Orders
Maintenance Plans
Forms
Note: The system remembers which areas were expanded and leaves them expanded when you jump to an asset detail page again.

Here you will find the links to the asset:
