Every Work Order Type is now marked internal or external. You can see which work your own team does and which goes to a service provider.
On an internal Work Order or Maintenance Plan, Organisation, Contact and Address are no longer offered. On an external one they stay as before. In the Work Order overview you filter by type to separate internal from external work.
Please check by 11.11.2026: We have pre-set your existing Work Order Types. Types whose name points at external execution, for example “extern”, “fremd”, “Dienstleister”, “Servicetechniker” or “Wartungsvertrag”, are set to external. All others are set to internal.
After that the assignment is fixed, because costs and KPIs will be split by internal and external work.
