An external service provider is due to maintain your asset. Until now: You copy the Work Order details together, write an email and send a WhatsApp message afterwards. From now on: You share your Work Order straight from remberg, with one link. Your service provider sees the full context for the job, and you stop piecing it together.
The way back runs through the same link. Your service provider opens it on a smartphone or tablet, with no login and no license, and uploads the service report, inspection record and invoice straight into your Work Order on site. You get notified as soon as new files arrive. No digging through inboxes, no “I’ll send it tomorrow.”
You stay in control anyway. You choose which fields are visible under Work Orders > Sharing, and you mark notes as public when you want them included. Sharing works for Work Orders with an external Work Order Type (also new). You can extend or turn off the link any time in the Work Order. And if you forget, time takes care of it: after 30 days, the link expires on its own.
