A Work Order now supports multiple Procedures in a defined sequence, with explicit confirmation at each step.
Until now, only one Procedure per Work Order was supported. Complex maintenance jobs with a safety check, maintenance work, and a final validation had to be crammed into a single Procedure or split across multiple Work Orders. Either way, traceability suffered.
Procedures can now be assigned one of three types: Safety Check, Maintenance, or Validation. The sequence is enforced: Safety Checks must be completed before subsequent steps become available. Validations close out the job. No step can be skipped.
Each Procedure requires an explicit "Start" and "Mark as done" confirmation.
Note for admins: please review your settings
This update adds a new "Procedure" tab in the Work Order settings. There you define what happens automatically when a Procedure is started or marked as done. All options are enabled by default. Please check which ones fit your team's workflow. For example, not every team uses the stopwatch.
