Bookmarking is now available for Assets and Work Orders. One click on the star icon marks the object for quick access later!
The star sits in the detail header and/or in the three-dot menu. Bookmarked Assets and Work Orders also show the star next to their ID in the overview table, so they stand out at a glance.
Both object types now have a "Bookmarked" filter (yes/no) and a predefined view each: "My bookmarked Assets" and "My bookmarked Work Orders". If you keep coming back to the same Assets or Work Orders, you reach them directly, without building your own filter combination.
The bell keeps its job: notifications. Bookmarking is separate, a personal marker with its own filter and view, not a notification channel.
