In remberg you have the option of recording times. This works automatically via the stopwatch, but you also have the option of adding times manually.
Stopwatch
The stopwatch enables automatic time recording. Click on it as soon as you start working on the Work Order - from this moment on, the time measurement starts automatically and the Work Order status jumps to "In Progress".
Click again to end the recording. The recorded time then appears under the "Times" tab in the Work Order, including the duration, the performing person and the start and end times.
You will also find the total duration directly below the Work Order subject.
The entry can be copied or deleted by clicking on the three-dot menu to the right of the entry.
š” Note: Only one stopwatch can be running at a time per user. If you switch from one Work Order to the next, you must first stop the stopwatch for the first Work Order before you can start it for the new one.
Manual Time Tracking
In addition to automatic recording, times can also be added manually. The following video explains how you can track times manually in a Work Order:

Overview of Current Stopwatches
All Active Stopwatches in the Work Order Overview
In the Work Order overview, a stopwatch icon appears to the right of the Work Order status when time entries are in progress. This allows you to see at a glance which Work Order is currently being worked on:
Your Own Active Stopwatch in the Main Menu
When your stopwatch is running, it stays visible in the main navigation at all times - regardless of which page you're currently on. The indicator shows which Work Order is being actively tracked and lets you jump directly to that Work Order.
This ensures no running timers go unnoticed: if an emergency or task switch interrupts you after starting a stopwatch, the active timer is immediately visible the next time you look at the main menu.
š” Note: The stopwatch indicator in the main menu is only visible when a timer is actively running. No indicator appears when no stopwatch is active.
