You can now require that a Work Order never exists without an Asset, and restrict who may reopen one after it has been closed.
In the Work Order settings you make the Asset mandatory on creation. No Work Order reaches the history without one, whether it was created manually or through the API. Your reporting per Asset stays complete.
Reopening is now its own permission. Only someone who has it can reopen a completed Work Order to add data after the fact. The permission is on for Manager and Admin.
