With remberg's Ticket Management, you have the option of integrating one or more of your organization's support email addresses into the system. This means that emails that your customers send to this address(es) not only end up automatically as a Ticket in remberg, but you can also send emails directly from the system in the name of these addresses.
Each user can specify in their own profile settings which sender address should be used by default.
To set the default address, proceed as follows:
Click on your profile picture or the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
Select “My user profile” from the dropdown menu
Go to the “Customization” section
Select the desired email address from the “Default Ticket Email Address” dropdown
FAQs
Why is a different sender address automatically preselected in an existing Ticket than the one specified in my profile settings?
If a Ticket was created via an existing email forwarding, the email address via which the Ticket entered the system is automatically used as the sender address for replies. This “overwrites” the personally defined default sender address.
If you reply to an existing Ticket with a previous communication history, the last sender address used for this Ticket will always be automatically preset as the sender. You can change it manually before sending the email if you want to use a different sender address.
