The remberg data export is provided in .CSV format with UTF-8 encoding.
However, there may be display problems when opening the file, for example with special characters or numbers with decimal places (e.g., “10.5” is incorrectly displayed as a date, i.e. “May 10”).
To ensure that your data is displayed correctly, we will show you step by step how to convert the file in CSV format correctly:
Open a new and blank Excel file (do not open the previously downloaded export file).
At the top menu in Excel, click on “Data” => “Get Data (via Power Query)". Here, choose the option “From Text/CSV”.
Select the previously downloaded CSV file of the data export and click “Open”.
In the preview window, you may adjust the separator (we recommend using the semicolon in order for the data records to be split correctly into its respective columns.)
Finally, click “Load” to import the data.
The CSV file is now imported correctly and the data it contains is transferred as stored.
